Mark of the Unicorn (MOTU) Pocket Express computer-to-MIDI interface.  This allows old Macintosh and old Windows PCs to communicate with MIDI gear.  It also stripes analog tape with SMPTE code and will lock with various SMPTE code.  It has output for 2 MIDI channel groups.  Since there is 16 channels in MIDI, this would let you control 32 MIDI devices at once.
